Hey guys, I don’t know many of you personally, but you may have gathered from my blog that I often work as an assistant director in my hometown of Atlanta. I’m currently working on a short film entitled Jabberwocky about a little boy in the early 1960s facing his fears and learning how to be his…

I’m recently back from a road trip across America! I found a few thrifted treasures along the way (though not as many as I would have if I hadn’t been helping my friend move…full car + trying to make a deadline = not stopping at every thrift store we see). I’ll be posting them soon as I unpack, but for now, here are a few highlights. To see more, follow me on Instagram! @kaydray

2 new pairs of thrifted shoes! The loafers were $4.59 at Goodwill and the boots were $3.99 at Value Village! :)

This was my almost entirely thrifted Halloween costume for work this year! The only non-thrifted items were some of my jewelry, my boots (although I got them on super sale for $11!) and my viking helmet, which I ordered off of Etsy! The top and skirt were each $4.59 at Goodwill, the vest was $9 at Value Village and the belt was gifted to me.

Very cool vintage 1960s Poole Pottery England mug (also came with a matching bowl which I haven’t photographed yet), $0.40 at Value Village

Here’s my kitten, Matilda, hanging out in one of my thrifted scarves on Election night this past November!! Matilda came free to me out of a Waffle House parking lot on October 12 (although she was on the brink of death & needed about 2 weeks of heavy medication and round-the-clock care) but the scarf cost me $0.49 at Value Village. I think the kitten was a better deal, tbh.

This hoodie was $4.59 at Goodwill and I had to take it in a little to keep it from swallowing me whole, but it was totally worth it! The blanket also came from Value Village and cost $2.99…I took them both up on the mountain around the corner from my house for one of the first really chilly days this fall. :)

This top was $2.99 at Salvation Army in Duluth, GA…the other items in the picture were other non-thrifted purchases from a day of shopping!

Awesome learher, optional cross-body bag from Value Village in Conyers, $4.99

Found this vintage Avon ring at a local antique mall for $4.50
