Thrifting and other means of second hand collecting has become a trendy activity among young adults during the past few years. Having been raised by parents who have always loved to thrift, flea, salvage, and repurpose, I decided to document the best of my past finds and all those to come. Enjoy :)
And finally for this evening, this pair of American Eagle by Payless shoes, never worn and still containing the $23 price tag, came from Value Village for $0.99 on half price day. They’ve got a nice little hidden wedge…perfect for wearing with summer dresses :)
These came in the mail today! Another cool Etsy bargain, I got these boots from a store called Vintage Bygones with a 50% off seller coupon, making them only $11! They’re vintage and genuine leather, handmade made by Loints of Holland, and therefore retail at about $300…guess the seller didn’t do their homework!
I’m in Traveler’s Rest, SC for the weekend, and just had another successful afternoon at Miracle Hill Thrift Store! These shoes are ridiculously comfy, genuine leather, made by Soft Spots, and cost $2. I have two new batches of stuff to post this week, so keep an eye out :)
These Bass loafers came from Goodwill in Conyers, GA about 5 years ago, when I believe the shoe price was still $3.59. They had hardly been worn when I got them, but I’ve nearly worn them out in the time that I’ve had them!
First up are these awesome Bass oxfords! I got these about 4 years ago at a tiny hole-in-the-wall thrift shop in Porterdale, GA. They looked as though they were new out of the box and only cost me $2…needless to say, they’ve been a staple ever since!
